SuDS Unit.

BioScapes® SuDS & BNG Unit is specifically designed for both domestic and commercial properties to manage rainwater run-off while also supporting Biodiversity Net Gain with its ten integral wildlife habitats.

The unit collects and stores water during storm events, helping to slow and reduce flow into the drainage network, lowering the risk of flooding and easing pressure on Combined Sewer Overflows, which discharge into and pollute our waterways.

The biodiverse habitats and use of natural soils within the unit will filter rainwater before it enters sewers, helping to improve water quality in our streams and rivers. Its integrated habitats attract wildlife creating a healthier, more sustainable environment, for everyone to enjoy.’

The unit is available as a High Attenuation Unit, Mid-attenuation Unit or as a Ground Infiltration Planter, with or without additional wildlife habitats.

The measurements of the High Attenuation Unit and the Mid-attenuation Unit with habitats are as follows:

Base Unit Width: 660mm

Base Unit Length: 1465mm

Base Unit Height: 975mm

Base Unit Weight: 180KG

The Ground Infiltration Unit is the same, except for the weight, which is 175kg.
